Discussion, Consideration and Possible Action regarding an Ordinance approving an agreement between the City of Oak Grove, Missouri, and the Junior College District of Metropolitan Kansas City, Missouri A/K/A Metropolitan Community College regarding police cars and training. 2. Discussion, Consideration and Possible Action regarding policy on Government Accounting Standards Act (GASB) Statement No. 54, Fund Balance Reporting and Fund Type Definition. 3. Discussion, Consideration and Possible Action regarding the purchase of four backup pumping stations. 4. Discussion, Consideration and Possible Action regarding a Resolution regarding the projected, nonbinding property tax rate for the City of Oak Grove, Jackson County, Missouri, for the 2012 tax year. 5. Discussion, Consideration and Possible Action regarding an Ordinance approving the delivery of the City of Oak Grove, Missouri refunding and Improvement Certificates of Participation, Series 2012, for the purpose of providing funds to finance and refinance the costs of projects for the City; adopting a Tax-Exempt Financing Compliance Procedure; and authoring and approving certain documents and other actions in connection with the delivery of the Certificates.
