Discussion, Consideration and Possible Action regarding policy on Government Accounting Standards Act (GASB) Statement No. 54, Fund Balance Reporting and Fund Type Definition. 3. Discussion, Consideration and Possible Action regarding a Resolution regarding the projected, nonbinding property tax rate for the City of Oak Grove, Jackson County, Missouri, for the 2012 tax year. 5.
